Hi, I'd like to calculate the most probable explanation (MPE) given some evidence. I've been using BNT to compute this, but I'd like to be able to do this in OpenBayes as well. Are you planning to implement this? Otherwise I'll try to implement it myself.

MPE is not yet implemented in OpenBayes.
If you want to implement it yourself please feel free to do it and do not hesitate on contacting me for any info you would need.
OpenBayes is meant to be developed mostly by it's users. We (the developers) are here to implement the difficult parts (DBNs, continuous distriubtions, etc...) and to help users implement the features they need.
