XBN and friendly interface implemented !!!

OpenBayes now has the capability of saving and loading Bayesian Networks to/from XBN files. (Ronald Moncarey) A new friendly user interface has been implemented to ease the use of openabyes (Sébastien Arnaud)

A Tutorial will soon be available. for the moment you can check the code in the new files to see how it works.
